Gymmen coach named to Pan-American Games On Tuesday, Randy Jepson was named the assistant coach of the U.S. Men's Gymnastics Team for the 1999 Pan American Games, July 24-27 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Jepson, the Nittany Lions head coach since 1992, was selected by the U.S. men's gymnastics committee based on his ability as a coach and prior involvement with the U.S. Team. 'Affliction,' 'Raging Bull' offer realistic view of domestic violence This week's new release is "Affliction," an interesting, if not uplifting, movie about a murder mystery and the downfall of a cop in a small New Hampshire town. For my recommended movie of the week, I picked "Raging Bull," one of the truly unique movies of the past 25 years.
112 to open for Whitney Houston The Atlanta-based, hip-hop foursome 112 will open for Whitney Houston when she performs at The Bryce Jordan Center this month, according to a press release from the Jordan Center.
