Penn State to fight court ruling
Penn State will actively pursue options to reverse the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision Tuesday that the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is not an agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is subject to real estate taxes for 1993, 1994 and 1995.
