• Theft: Penn State student John Baer reported Sunday morning his cellular phone was stolen sometime last month when he left it at Mid-State Bank, 234 E. College Ave., the State College Police Department said. Along with the missing phone, case and battery, Bear received a bill for $39 in charges from an adult phone entertainment company.
  

  The estimated value of the loss is $263, according to the State College police.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
