Weather Highlight

Spring has not quite arrived yet, as an upper level low pressure system sitting over eastern Canada helps to keep our weather cool. The counter-clockwise flow around the low sweeps in cooler air from the north, and this will keep temperatures cooler than normal for the next several days.
