• Health and Safety/Disorderly Conduct/Public Drunkenness: A resident assistant reported a student attempted suicide by ingesting pills and alcohol in Hartranft Hall, Penn State Police Services said.
  

  The individual, who was extremely agitated and disorderly, used his head to smash out his dorm window. The student was taken to Centre Community Hospital for treatment.
  

• Theft by Deception/Credit Cards: A Penn State student reported Monday someone attained his Visa credit card and made more than $905 in purchases, Penn State police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.
