• Theft: A Penn State staff member reported on Feb. 25 a departmental parking permit was either lost or stolen and has been missing for two weeks, according to Penn State Police Services.
  

  The permit was valued at $300, according to Penn State police.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
