Today's
University Park forecast
Cold weather is in
store for the region throughout the week. High pressure
currently spilling down from Canada will provide some of
the coldest air of the season for Pennsylvania today and
tomorrow. In fact, low temperatures tonight will drop to
and below zero in some locations across the state. As the
high moves away Wednesday, a disturbance will bring the
chance for light snow or flurries. --Prepared by the Campus Weather Service

Weather
Highlight
After a month of up and down temperatures, it appears
that winter has returned to the eastern United States.
Last Friday's storm allowed the jet stream to dip well
into the Southeastern US forcing a cold, arctic air mass
into our region. This combination will provide some of
the coldest air of the season for the Northeast.
