WEATHER [ Friday, Feb. 19, 1999 ]

Today's University Park forecast
Mostly Cloudy If you were planning on a major snowstorm this weekend, you had better head south. A storm system will develop off the southeast coast tonight, and head north before heading out to sea on Saturday. Coastal locations and the southern Appalachians stand the best chance for decent snowfall, while high pressure will build into our region, bringing sunshine and colder temperatures by Sunday.
