• Property Damage: A Penn State staff member reported a window and lock were broken between Monday night and Tuesday morning in the HUB, Penn State Police Services said.
  

  The value of the damage is estimated at $300.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
