Today's
University Park forecast
Temperatures will soar well above normal
for the next few days, while sunshine should dominate the
skies through Thursday. A sharp turn-around is expected,
however, as a cold front moves through overnight on
Thursday, bringing a threat of showers and much colder
temperatures for the day on Friday. The return of winter

Weather
Highlight
The onslaught of storminess continues in the Pacific
Northwest. Over the weekend, winds in excess of 90 miles
per hour affected the coast, while over three feet of
snow fell in the Cascade Mountains. Chillier air now in
place could set the stage for rare snowfalls in both
Portland and Seattle.
