• Theft: A Penn State student reported yesterday his bicycle was stolen between Jan. 28 and Feb. 2 from outside Pollock Commons, Penn State Police Services said. The value of the loss is $500.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
