• Theft: Penn State student Jennifer Gawronski reported yesterday her dark green Cannondale bicycle was stolen from her residence on the 100 block of West Beaver Avenue between Dec. 15 and Feb. 1, the State College Police Department said.
  

  The estimated value is $425, according to the police.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
