Today's University Park forecast
sun The cold crisp weather of the weekend has come to an end. Moisture associated with a storm system moving into the Ohio Valley has spread clouds into the area today and will cause precipitation tonight. The precipitation should start with a period of snow and sleet before changing to all rain by morning. This should kick off a damp and dreary week in State College.

Weather Highlight


If you think we have had some cold weather in State College, think again! Fairbanks, Alaska, where the normal high is a balmy zero, the high temperatures have been running near 40 below zero with near record lows of 55 below. These low lemperatures combined with the wind have made it feel more like 80 below.
