• Theft: Penn State student Gavin Burris reported Thursday that during winter break someone entered his apartment on the 300 block of South Pugh Street and stole his mountain bike, the State College Police Department said.
  

  The loss is valued at $450.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
