• Theft: A Penn State student reported someone stole his bicycle between Dec. 10 and 11, Penn State Police Services said.
  

  The bicycle, which was stolen from Visual Arts Building, is valued at $500, Penn State police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
