Fun in the sun
at Arts Festival ‘98

This weekend wrapped up the 32nd Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts. Thousands of people came to the State College area to shop at the artists’ booths, attend performances and partake of festival activities.

Brad Goll of Sandscapes sculpted a montage of Mother Goose fairy tales on Wednesday in Central Parklet. Goll is the current world champion of sand sculpture.
