Construction not likely to affect festival parking
Although 125 sites are under construction on campus this summer, officials said parking and traffic from the 32nd Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts should run smoothly.

Residents enjoy festival despite crowds, noise
Community members said they are used to the noise and crowds, which don't affect how they feel about the festival.

College of Education receives interim dean
Edwin L. Herr, distinguished professor of education, will assume the position effective Aug. 1 after Rodney J. Reed retires in July after eight years in the position, according to a press release from the Department of Public Information.
