the "Critical Mass Bike Ride," to promote pollutant-free
transpor-tation, safer riding conditions for cyclists and more
bicycle routes.
Indian student group in limbo The Indian Students Association (ISA) constitution states that
two-thirds of its members must be present at officer elections. This presents a problem -- the organization is in danger of disintegration.
After a successful past year, membership has blossomed from about
