- Disorderly Conduct: Two large groups from two fraternities were
fighting early yesterday morning at Delta Tau Delta fraternity,
429 E. Hamilton Ave. Officers arrived at the scene of the fight
between two large groups from Kappa Delta Rho fraternity, 420
E. Prospect Ave., and Delta Tau Delta fraternities, the State
College Police Department said.
The groups dispersed when police arrived and one individual received a citation, State College police said.
- Harassment: A University student reported Wednesday that someone
above her in the stairwell threw an unknown substance on her in
Willard Building, University Police Services said.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
