BELLEFONTE - A 21-year-old State College resident was ordered
to stand trial yesterday by District Justice Carmine Prestia on
charges of simple assault, harassment and stalking and disorderly
conduct, according to court documents.
Erman T. Tasci was allegedly involved in a physical fight Feb.
23, according to the documents.
- A 38-year-old Philipsburg resident was ordered to stand trial
yesterday by District Justice Allen Sinclair on several charges
of endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors,
according to the court documents.
Rebecca L. Greenawalt allegedly gave marijuana and alcohol on
several occasions to her daughter and the daughter's friends who
were under 18, according to the documents.
- A 22-year-old State College resident was ordered to stand trial
yesterday by Prestia on one count of driving under the influence
of alcohol or a controlled substance and one count of stop signs
and yield signs, according to court documents.
Steven F. Vongehr allegedly was stopped for failure to stop at
a stop sign when the police officer noticed an odor of alcohol
on Vongehr's breath, according to the documents.
Sobriety tests showed his blood alcohol level to be 0.09 percent.
- A 26-year-old Bellefonte resident was ordered to stand trial yesterday
by District Justice Daniel Hoffman on charges of aggravated assault,
simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, according
to court documents.
Susan Rae Fox and two others allegedly assaulted two women outside
a bar in February, according to the documents.
- A 26-year-old Spring Mills resident was ordered to stand trial
yesterday by District Justice Ronald Horner on charges of simple
assault, prohibited offensive weapons, harassment and stalking
and disorderly conduct, according to the documents.
Christopher G. Glunt allegedly approached another man with a sword
while they were hunting, according to the documents.
- A 21-year-old Bellefonte resident was ordered to stand trial yesterday
by Hoffman on charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering
another person, according to court documents.
Angela L. Cerritos allegedly was involved with Fox in the assault
on two women outside a bar in February.
