Preliminary Hearings
- BELLEFONTE -- An 18-year-old man was ordered last Wednesday by
District Justice Carmine Prestia to stand trial on charges of
robbery, criminal conspiracy and harassment and stalking, according
to court documents.
Shawn N. Yawkey allegedly approached another man demanding money,
according to the documents. Yawkey attacked the man after he refused
to give up the money, according to the documents.
- An 18-year-old man was ordered by Prestia last Wednesday to
stand trial on charges of robbery, simple assault, criminal conspiracy
and theft, according to court documents.
Ezzie McIntyre, along with Yawkey, allegedly assaulted another
man in an alley after demanding money, according to the documents.
- A 27-year-old State College resident was ordered by Prestia
to stand trial last Wednesday on charges of possession of a controlled
substance and drug paraphernalia, according to court documents.
Alan Gordon allegedly supplied marijuana used in a protest on
College Avenue in February, according to the documents.
