For all the balloons, cards and cheerful moralers of the 1998 Interfraternity Council/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, nothing could compete with fresh air to lift the spirits of the dancers.

Security team takes control

Moralers massaged tired feet and the kids provided purpose, but the eight bands that volunteered to play at the Interfraternity Council/Panhellenic Dance Marathon this weekend were also integral to its success.

Medical services ease dancers' pain
The dancers of the 1998 Interfraternity Council/Panhellenic Dance Marathon faced tremendous mental and physical challenges. But while there were hundreds of moralers to keep the dancers' spirits up, there was a much smaller and less visible group to take care of the dancers' bodies.
