Preliminary Hearings
BELLEFONTE -- A 25-year-old State College resident was bound over
for trial yesterday by District Justice Allen Sinclair on several
counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to
deliver, according to court documents.
Gordon G. Felix allegedly delivered a controlled substance to
a confidential informant from the State College Police Department,
according to the documents. Felix and Clarence M. Morris were
allegedly observed by surveillance personnel in the transaction,
according to the documents.
- A 24-year-old Coatesville, Pa. resident was bound over for trial
yesterday by District Justice Allen Sinclair on charges of criminal
conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, according to court
documents.
Clarence M. Morris allegedly assisted Felix in a transaction of
drugs with an informant from State College police, according to
the documents.
- A 23-year-old Pittsburgh, Pa., was bound over for trial yesterday
by District Justice Bradley Lunsford on charges of reselling tickets,
according to court documents.
Dorian Hughes allegedly resold football tickets at the Penn State-Wisconsin
football game, according to the documents. Police also seized
$1,759, additional football tickets and a University parking sticker,
according to the documents.
- A 44-year-old Bellefonte resident was bound over for trial yesterday
by District Justice Allen Sinclair on charges of simple assault
and harassment, according to court documents.
Donnie Gearhart allegedly pushed a woman down during a domestic
dispute, according to the documents. The argument allegedly started
over video games the woman's son has borrowed from another child,
according to the documents.
- A 33-year-old State College resident was bound over for trial
Monday by District Justice Brad Lunsford on charges of retaliation
against witness or victim, terrorist threats, harassment and stalking,
according to the court documents.
Cortland D. Dugger allegedly abused his girlfriend during the
past several weeks, according to the documents. The abuse started
after Dugger was released from jail while serving time on charges
of simple assault, according to the documents.
