- Theft: Eric Persic reported 48 compact discs were stolen from
his truck between Jan. 11 and 24, the State College Police Department
said. The estimated value of the CDs is $480.
- Theft: Robert Brooks reported a shotgun, battery charger,
transit and $200 were stolen Monday from a construction site at
162 Apple Court, State College police said. The theft occurred
sometime since August 1997.
- Theft: A scrap metal contractor reported the theft of copper from
the east side of the Materials Research Laboratory between noon
Saturday and 4 p.m. Monday, University Police Services said. The
value of the copper is $180.
- Theft/Receiving Stolen Property: A University police officer reported
that he investigated an incident involving a wage-payroll employee
taking money on three different occasions between Jan. 11 and
22, University police said. The amount of money totaled $144.
- Theft: Jennifer Perry of Bellefonte reported her wallet was stolen
Monday, State College police said. The wallet contained $130 in
cash and credit cards.
