- Drug Law Violation: An officer from University Police Services
filed charges yesterday with District Justice Carmine Prestia's
office against Bennett Forrest, 22, and Patrick Kelly, 23, both
of State College, for possession and use of a small amount of
marijuana, University police said. The incident occurred April
27.
- Missing Person: Nicholas Madrigale, 22, of 736 E. Foster
Ave., was reported missing yesterday by his mother, the State
College Police Department said.
- Theft: A light-blue 1990 Ford Taurus was stolen overnight
from the parking lot at 383 Rolling Ridge Drive, State College
police said. The vehicle's license plate number is BDK-7092, State
College police said.
