Announcement from Shields

1. Housing contracts for Fall Semester 1998 now are available to undergraduate students currently living on campus. Undergraduate students currently living off campus can apply for housing on March 23 at the Assignment Office, 101 Shields.

2. Any student interested in living on campus for Summer Session can obtain a summer housing contract now at any of the Commons Desks or the Assignment Office for Campus Residences.

3. We now are taking single room LotteryCards for Fall Semester 1998. Cards can be obtained in the Assignment Office.

4. Current residents of McKee Hall, Nittany Apartments and Nittany Suites, interested in returning for Fall of 1998 must attend the appropriate Contract Sign-Up Session.

5. Sorority members must file their Fall 1998 Housing contract by the February 4 deadline. Their contract should be submitted to their Housing Chair.

6. Interest House residents, Special Living Option residents and Atherton Hall residents will receive instructions about returning to their house or hall.

The schedule of courses for both Summer Sessions 1998 and Fall 1998 is now available on the web though the Registrar's home page: http://www.psu.edu/registrar

It is important to have correct home, local and billing addresses on file with the University. Update your addresses by using the CAAIS system, asking your department to update them or coming to the Registrar's office. To have your billing address change from your home address, you must file a request at the Bursar's Office in Shields Building.

Are you tired of receiving a full-time tuition bill when you are attending part-time? When you call the registrar's voice response system at 863-9000, select "Check Your Billing Status" option #6 on the menu and follow instructions. Taking this action will allow the bursar to bill you for the correct part time tuition and fee amount.
