Local arcade robbed; two held at gunpoint
Two employees of Campus Casino, 320 E. College Ave., were held
at gunpoint early Saturday morning, the State College Police Department
said.
At about 4 a.m., a woman and a man carrying a gun entered the
store, State College police said.
The man, wearing a red and white pullover ski jacket with the
hood up and a white scarf over his face, held a silver gun to
the neck of one employee, State College police said. After taking
$2,000, the two fled the store before police, who had been alerted
by a silent alarm, could arrive, State College police said. The
man is described as a 6-foot black man with a thin build, weighing
about 160 pounds, State College police said. The woman, who was
wearing a pullover jacket with the hood up and a black Neoprene
mask, is described as a 5-foot-4-inch to 5-foot-5-inch black woman
weighing about 115 pounds.
Representatives from Campus Casino declined to comment.
