- Criminal Mischief: A resident assistant reported that someone
drew an obscene picture on a bulletin board in a Snyder Hall room
between Saturday and Sunday night, University Police Services
said.
- Drug Law Violation: A University employee reported two
men were smoking marijuana in a stairwell on the south side of
the Wartik Lab yesterday, University police said.
An investigation is continuing.
- Drug Possession: Several charges were made resulting from
an incident that occurred Dec. 9 in Parking Lot Orange A, University
police said.
Charges of possession of marijuana and alcoholic beverages were
filed against Joseph Licausi, 18, of Huntingtown, Md., University
police said.
Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against
Matthew J. Patten, 18, of Severna Park, Md., and charges of possession
of marijuana were filed against Brian Saporito, 18, of Moosic,
University police said.
- Trademark Violation/Soliciting: A University police officer
apprehended a non-University student outside of The Bryce Jordan
Center who was soliciting to sell counterfeit Aerosmith T-shirts
Monday night, University police said.
The shirts were confiscated and the investigation is continuing.
