Country returns to Center

Country stars LeAnn Rimes and Bryan White will perform at 7:30 p.m. March 5 at The Bryce Jordan Center for the second country music performance to play at the center this year.

Tickets will be $26 for reserved seating and will go on sale Saturday at the center, selected Uni-Marts, Eisenhower box office and Commonwealth Campus ticket outlets. Tickets can also be bought by calling 865-5555 or 1-800-863-3336.

Wristbands for the show can be purchased starting 8 a.m. Friday at the center.

Rimes, 15, who has already won three Grammy awards and earned a place at the top of the charts, broke into the country scene with the hit single "Blue" from the album of the same name.

White's first two efforts, Bryan White and Between Now and Forever, earned platinum standing and critical acclaim.

The two will not perform together on stage.
