Announcements from Shields

STUDENT AID:

1998-99 Aid Applications:

If you completed a 1997-98 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) you should have received your 1998-99 renewal FAFSA in the mail at your home address. If you did not receive your renewal application, you may obtain a 1998-99 FAFSA at the Office of Student Aid, 314 Shields Building at University Park, or with the aid representative at your Penn State location.

IMPORTANT: 1998-99 awarding for continuing and graduate students will occur in June. We ask that you complete your 1997 tax returns and then file the 1998-99 FAFSA using actual tax information. Using correct, accurate income information will decrease delays in the application process and will not require verification of your income later.

Students with Federal Work-Study Awards seeking employment opportunities can search available positions from the Office of Student Aid web page www.psu.edu/studentaid/ by following the links to the Federal Work-Study Listing.
