Officers at Centre County Prison said Vinson kicked an officer
behind the knee after one officer came to his cell, then spit
in the face of another officer, according to the documents.
When the officers returned to the cell, Vinson started fighting
again and hit one officer several times in the face, according
to court documents. After getting reinforcements, the defendant
again acted aggressively toward officers, according to the documents.
Vinson was also ordered by District Justice Ronald J. Horner to
stand trial for charges of burglary, criminal trespassing and
a misdemeanor charge of theft by unlawful taking, according to
court documents.

ordered by District Justice Carmine W. Prestia to stand trial
for charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another
person and disorderly conduct, according to court documents.
- Tosh B. Traylor, a 21-year-old State College resident, was also
ordered by Prestia to stand trial for charges of aggravated assault,
simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly

Patrols responded to a fight in an apartment on the 700 block
of East Beaver Avenue and upon arrival found the actors had left
the scene. The defendant had gotten in a fight with his roommate
the night before and had come back to the apartment with two friends,
according to the documents.
Traylor and his friends began beating the victim, who opened his
eyes and saw a black man standing over him with a bar stool raised
above his head, according to documents.
The victim said the beating continued and when another person
entered the room, the defendants turned on him, threw him against
a wall and began punching and striking him with the bar stool,
