Summer activities for students continue after festival departs University students are getting a break from their summer routines with the 31st Annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, which is perhaps the area's biggest summer activity. But the Arts Festival, which started Wednesday and is running through Sunday, does not last forever. Pa. won't increase hunting license fee Area hunters will not have to pay a higher fee to enjoy their sport this season, but some game commission representatives said the state legislature missed the target.
