- Burglary: Bradley Fisher, a driver education instructor
at State College Area High School, 653 Westerly Parkway, reported
yesterday that five walkie talkies, two cellular bag phones and
five rechargeable batteries were stolen from the tower of the
driver's education practice area between 5 p.m. Wednesday and
8 a.m. yesterday, the State College Police Department said.
The estimated cost of the equipment, excluding the cellular phones
is $300, State College police said. There are no suspects but
the investigation is continuing.
- Rules and Regulations: A University employee reported Wednesday
afternoon that a resident of Runkle Hall was housing a reptile
in his room, University Police Services said.
The animal was located, but found to be deceased.
- Theft: A University student reported Wednesday afternoon
the theft of his bicycle from the west side of the Business Administration
Building II earlier that afternoon, University police said.
The estimated value of the bicycle is $500.

Building.
University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage
