- Criminal Mischief: A University employee reported Monday that
someone melted an elevator call button inside elevator number
112 in Packer Hall, University Police Services said.
The estimated damage is $100.
- Pedestrian Accident: Douglass N. Frank, 251 E. Irvin Ave.,
reported yesterday he was hit by a blue pickup truck with an unidentified
driver on the 200 block of East Beaver Avenue, State College Police
Department said. The driver left the scene after Frank told him
he was "OK."
Later, Frank noticed pain from the impact and went to Centre Community Hospital, police said.
Frank reported the driver was in his mid-20s, police said.
