B.B. King, Garth Brooks to perform at Jordan Center

Blues legend B.B. King will perform on March 31 at Eisenhower Auditorium, courtesy of University Concert Committee.

Tickets will cost $22 for students and $24 for faculty and general public. They go on sale March 4 for all University ID holders, and March 5 for the general public. Tickets can be purchased at Eisenhower Box Office and, as of March 5, at The Bryce Jordan Center Box Office.

Tickets can also be purchased via phone by calling 1-800-ARTS-TIX or 863-0255.

"B.B. King is absolutely legendary status," UCC chair Dana Nale said. "I think it'll sell well."

In addition, country singer Garth Brooks will perform at 8 p.m. April 4 at the center, a news release from the center announced.

CORRECTION:: This article incorrectly stated a tentative date when tickets will go on sale for the April 4 Garth Brooks concert at The Bryce Jordan Center. No ticket information will be official until noon tomorrow.

Tickets go on sale at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 1. Further ticket information will be available from the center as of noon Wednesday. The number is 865-5555.
