- Criminal Mischief: A burglary alarm was received from
201 Thomas at 9:19 p.m. Sunday, University Police Services said.
When the officers arrived they found a student who was accessing
computer equipment inside the podium in the room, University police
said. Police are continuing an investigation.
- Criminal Mischief: A University employee reported that
someone had kicked in a panel of an exterior door to the Agricultural
Engineering Building Saturday afternoon, University police said.
The student was identified and damage is estimated at $300, University
police said.
- Drug Law Violation: As a result of an incident which occurred
on Feb. 8 at Hoyt Hall, charges were filed against William L.
Grant, of Staten Island, N.Y., for a drug law violation.
- Simple Assault: A male University student reported Sunday
that six unidentified males assaulted him in an elevator in the
lobby of 340 E. Beaver Ave. early Sunday morning, the State College
Police Department said.
He was treated at Centre Community Hospital and released with
minor injuries.
- Simple Assault: A male University student reported Sunday
that six unidentified males knocked him to the ground and kicked
him in the 200 block of Calder Way early Sunday morning, State
College police said.
He was treated at Centre Community Hospital and released with
minor injuries.
- Theft: A student reported Saturday that his wallet and
jacket were stolen from the White Building sometime between 2:30
a.m. and 2:45 a.m. that same day, University police said.
The value of the property is unknown.
