- Accidental Damage: A University employee reported yesterday
that he lost control of a walk-behind plow which then struck a
University-owned vehicle parked near the Academics Project Building
yesterday afternoon, University Police Services said.
Light damages resulted from the accident.
- Criminal Mischief: Derrick McVicker, 21, of Hollfople,
and Shane Utsch, 23, of 112 S. Pugh St., were cited for criminal
mischief yesterday at 100 W. College Ave. for pushing over garbage
cans and kicking a Centre Daily Times newspaper machine, the State
College Police Department said.
Police issued a citation and the men were released.
- Theft: Margaret Kresge of Bellefonte reported Tuesday that
her daughter's skis, poles and bindings were stolen Sunday evening
from Tussey Mountain Ski Area, the State College Police Department
said.
The estimated value of the items is $400.
- Theft: A University employee reported yesterday morning
the theft of a sofa from the second floor female restroom in Engineering
Unit B, University police said. The time the incident occurred
is unknown.
The estimated loss is $200.
- Theft: A University employee reported yesterday afternoon
that a former member of the University's synchronized swim team
refused to return team-owned equipment that was issued to her,
University police said.
An investigation is continuing, police said.
