- Theft of Services: Laura J. Julian was apprehended Monday by
University Police Services for unpaid traffic tickets, University
police said.
Julian was released after paying $267.00 to District Justice Prestia, police said.
- Theft: Jeffrey Gerwing of 144 Sunrise Terrace reported Monday
that his jacket, hat and gloves were stolen from Crowbar, 420
E. College Ave., the State College Police Department said.
The estimated value of the items is $255.00.
