Spikers sweep by GMU; still undefeated The Penn State men's volleyball team continued to roll over inferior opponents as it improved its record to 5-0 Friday by sweeping George Mason (0-1) in three sets, 15-8, 15-6, 15-9, at Rec Hall. Old meets new in spiker alumni match Rec Hall was a place filled with laughter, fond memories and pride Saturday afternoon. The men, who again put on their Penn State uniforms, might not have had the top skill level as of years past, but the fire for competition was still as warm as ever. Grapplers finish fourth at duals In all of sports, one team seems to struggle against one particular opponent. This also was the case this weekend for the Penn State wrestling team at the Cliff Keen NWCA National Duals in Lincoln, Nebraska.
