- Criminal Mischief: A resident of Nittany Apartments
reported Saturday that someone damaged a window screen at Building
55, University Polices Services said. The incident occurred between
9 and 11 p.m. that day, University police said.
University police are investigating the incident.
- Parking violations: Christopher Amell of 520 E. Calder
Way was transported Friday morning to District Justice Carmine
Prestia's office where he paid $406 in outstanding parking violations,
University police said.
- Sexual Assault: A female student reported yesterday
that a person she knew had sexual intercourse with her, without
her consent, in a residence hall, University police said.
Both persons have been identified and the investigation is continuing,
University police said.
- Theft: A resident of Pennypacker Hall reported Sunday
that a check worth $1,000 was stolen from her room between Saturday
and Sunday, University police said.
- Theft: Ellie Trulick of Bellefonte reported yesterday
that a paycheck was stolen from her coat and then cashed, the
State College Police Department said. The check was stolen Nov.
14, State College police said.
The estimated value of the check was $500.
- Theft: A resident of Mifflin Hall reported Sunday
that stereo equipment was stolen from his room sometime between
Saturday and Sunday, University police said.
The value of the equipment is unknown.
