Scott Conklin, the democratic candidate for the state House of Representatives, will hold a town meeting with University students and concerned voters at 6 p.m. tonight in the HUB Fishbowl.

Residents spoke out about the proposal to vacate three alleys in the College Heights section of town at the State College Borough Council meeting last night. They also voiced their opinions about the newly installed traffic diverters.
