Police investigate link in recent assaults, indecent exposures Since the end of April, four assaults and two indecent exposure incidents have caught the attention of the State College Police Department. Clinton fails to fill Jordan Center Although 1,000 people scooped up the last of the 12,000 tickets available on the day of the Graduate School commencement ceremony May 10, those who attended could see many open spaces and gaps in the crowd. Clinton stresses for a positive future Before the graduates of the University's Graduate School stepped out to make their mark on the world, President Clinton spoke to them about the future, the world today and the importance of helping their fellow Americans. University prepared for Clinton, after Bush On Friday, May 10, the Bryce Jordan Center joined the White House as another establishment in which President Clinton followed in the footsteps of Bush. Though George Bush himself has not appeared at the center, the musical group bearing his last name preceded Clinton's visit as the center's main attraction. Clinton speech grabs spotlight at graduation The college graduation commencement ceremony is traditionally one of the biggest days in a student's life. After spending almost two decades in school, the ceremony allows a student to get together with family and close friends to celebrate the transition to "the real world."
