Community, students tour fraternities They saw a piece of Old Main last night, and the biggest fraternity house at the University. They also visited the chapter that boasts its members have the highest GPA of any University fraternity. Students find difficulty getting needed courses As Spring Semester 1996 comes to a close, returning students are doing what is tradition for Penn State undergraduates -- scheduling. Spanier lobbies on Hill University President Graham Spanier along with other Big Ten university presidents went to Capitol Hill yesterday to urge continued federal support for higher education. Lager runs dry for area suppliers In a college town, a variety of beers can be found, and in State College, Yuengling beer is no rarity on local distributors' shelves. But while State College may carry a full supply, surrounding areas are left dry.
