Theft: A State College Police Department officer reported a red planter was stolen yesterday from Perfectly Frank, 124 McAllister Alley, police said.

The planter is worth $500.

Theft: David Sabet of 117 N. Gill St. reported yesterday that his bicycle was stolen from outside his residence between March 24 and Monday, State College police said.

The bicycle is worth $500.
