Indecent Exposure: Ernest M. Milone was arrested Monday for allegedly exposing himself to a woman on the third floor of Pattee, University Police Services said.

Milone was arraigned before District Justice Daniel Hoffman and was placed in Centre County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, police said.

Theft: A University student reported Monday that a bicycle was stolen outside Holmes Hall between Feb. 26 and March 1, University police said.

The bicycle is worth about $600.

Theft: Lisa Myer of 1218 S. Allen St. reported Monday that an electric power wrench was stolen from her Jeep sometime between March 4 and March 7, the State College Police Department said.

The wrench is worth $400.
