Police Log

  • Criminal Mischief: A University employee reported someone broke the window of a door in the lobby of Beaver Hall Saturday, University Police Services said.

    The window is worth $100.

  • Drug Law Violation/Liquor Law Violation: A resident assistant reported smoke coming from a room in Holmes Hall Saturday, University police said.

    Suspected drugs, paraphernalia and alcoholic beverages were confiscated, police said.

    Two people were identified and charges are pending, police said.

  • Drug Law Violation: A resident assistant reported the smell of marijuana on the first floor of Pinchot Hall Saturday, University police said.

    A small amount of suspected marijuana and alcohol were confiscated, police said.

    Several occupants of the room were identified and charges are pending, police said.

  • Drug Law Violation: A resident assistant reported the smell of marijuana on the fifth floor of Brumbaugh Hall yesterday, University police said.

    The occupants of the room were identified and the suspected marijuana and paraphernalia were confiscated, police said.

  • Theft: Michael Pyle of 915 Walnut St. reported Friday that his skis were stolen from the Tussey Mountain Ski Area in Boalsburg Friday, the State College Police Department said.

    The skis are worth about $500.

  • Theft: Daniel Campanelli of 134 A W. Fairmount Ave. reported Saturday that his bicycle was stolen from his residence Friday, State College police said.

    The bicycle is worth about $400.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
