Love potion
We all know the scenario. Boy meets girl, boy and girl date, boy and girl fall in love, boy and girl break up. This time of the year brings out the best in a relationship, but what's going to happen after the potion wears off? What makes a relationship work? We all know couples who were made for each other, and we also know couples that shouldn't have lasted more than a week. When that perfect couple breaks up, we're dumbfounded. When the other couple gets engaged, we're astonished. How can a "great match" end so abruptly while the other flourishes? This Thursday, Feb. 16, from 8 to 9 p.m. in the HUB Ballroom, Don Knox, an authority on relationships, will be speaking on "Beating the Break-up Habit." This one-hour seminar, sponsored by Campus Crusade for Christ and Athletes in Action, will help shed some light on the age-old question of what makes a relationship tick. Come see video clips of your fellow Penn Staters voice their opinion on relationships and healthy loving. Find some answers to your own questions on what to do after the potion wears off.
