Police Log

  • Health and Safety: A residence life coordinator reported a Shunk Hall resident threatened to commit suicide during a computer chat session from the Redifer Computer Lab, University Police Services said.

    Officers located the student and facilitated an interview with mental health crisis workers, police said.


In case of an emergency, on or off campus, dial 911. For business and nonemergency calls, call the State College Police Department at 234-7150 and Penn State Police Services at 863-1111.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
