A 40-year-old inmate at the State Correctional Institute at Rockview in Bellefonte, was ordered to stand trial before District Justice Robert Schoff on charges of simple assault.
Dennis McKeithan allegedly punched another inmate in the face on Dec. 31 causing his face to become swollen and discolored, according to court documents.
McKeithan allegedly was on cell restriction at the time of the incident, according to court records.
