A 29-year-old Jersey Shore man was ordered to stand trial before District Justice Daniel Hoffman yesterday on charges of driving under the influence.
University Police Services alleged that Dwayne Williams drove under the influence of alcohol or another controlled substance on Jan. 16. He was allegedly seen by police driving on Pollock Road and drinking a can of beer when his tire struck the curb, according to court documents.
Williams refused a chemical test and was driving with a suspended license, according to court documents.
